This week we look at the work of GCC Board member Marcela Matos. Marcela is a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Coimbra in Portugal. As well as breaking new ground with her research into shame and self-criticism, Marcela has also blazed a trail for the coaching of compassion in schools for both pupils and teachers.
