Spread compassion at home and in your community |
One of the things that makes compassion so powerful is its universality. We can all feel it and use it and when we cultivate it it benefits us and those we interact with. In that spirit, this video from our Founder Rick Hanson walks you through a guided practice that helps you feel greater connection and compassion for those around you - whether it's at home, work, or out in the community.

In the spotlight |
