The Power of Self Compassion: (A guided
Meditation with Spring Washam)

Self-compassion in any moment

This simple but powerful story from GCC member Kimbra Taylor shows that any small acts of compassion and kindness can make a difference to someone's day and be remembered long after the act itself. And on that note: we're still keen to hear about the ways you might try to feel and spread compassion. Submit them to our toolbox here.
