Wherever we journey in life, we will be led and guided by our values - and when we find ourself acting against them, suffering often results.

Prof. Dr. Tania Singer is a social neuroscientist and psychologist and world expert on empathy and compassion. She is currently Scientific Director of the Max Planck Society's Social Neuroscience Lab and one of the driving forces behind the development of "caring economics." She is also, thankfully for us, a member of the GCC Board!
